It’s a large house with pictures shown of the upper level only, as the bottom level you won’t need to worry about. It has A/C all upstairs and There is a large, what I call a spiritual room, which could potentially be a healing space that could be leased also. So if you’re a healer, that would be ideal. Beautiful big backyard, off-street parking or on-street parking is plentiful. Large living areas with lots of natural light and great mountain views. Quiet street and overall good energy on the property. There will be a choice of two rooms as both will become available. Both are big enough for a double or queen size bed.
Built in cupboards and A/C for those hot summer nights. There is the option to also have your own bathroom.
It’s a great place to live with a nice grounded energy.

I am also considering two housemates which will reduce the rent yet the main bathroom would be shared.
