About the flatmates
I work full-time 7 day roster day shift. Usually have out of town workers stay so usually never a full house. Very easy to get along with open and social but also respect privacy. Usually relax playing pool on the large deck or swimming in the inground pool in summer. Everyone cleans up after each other I keep common areas clean. I look after lawns outdoors and pool areas so nice and easy environment to work and come home. Open to less rent if willing to help with cleaning. The weekly rent includes all electricity and water and fibre optical wifi internet.
