G'day!

Looking for a room mate to join me in my new rental.

My last room mate just left as she found a new home, so I took the advantage to move into muswellbrook from denman and now needing to fill a room!

House is beautiful and you'll have a room at the back of the house with an aircon and right across from the bathroom (shared). Furniture in the common rooms may be lacking at the start but will slowly fill up, as my previous room mate had all the furniture.

Rent will be $330 which includes all bills; electricity, water, gas, starlink and lawn maintenance.

This is just a two person place, not a fan of a crowd so no stress about cramming a whole bunch of people in and that just reflects the price of the rent price + the bills.

I'm a clean person, I do have a partner that will visit but there won't be a bunch of strangers coming and going, I'm not loud or have any parties etc. I'm a non smoker and may have the odd glass of wine every couple of months.

Accompanying us will be a golden retriever, who is fully trained and well behaved. He is an inside/outside dog. I also have 1 cat, she is inside only and would be looking for someone respecting that. She is also well behaved and mostly keeps to herself. Open to having new friends to join the house!
