I have two very friendly outdoor pets—a dog and a cat—who are great with people. If you're an animal lover, you'll get along with them just fine. If you have a pet, we can discuss.

A clean, respectful flatmate who values their privacy but is also happy to share the occasional chat. I'm looking for someone with a "no partying, no drugs" lifestyle. Please note that overnight guests are not permitted, and I kindly ask to discuss any daytime visitors beforehand. Whether you're here for work or study, you'll have plenty of space and peace when needed. The room is available for a 6-month lease initially, with the possibility of extension upon discussion.
