Kitchen - (Photo) Large kitchen, with microwave, two-draw dishwasher, electric oven & cooktop.

Duration - Minimum of 3 months to indefinite. Prefer long term.

Heating/Cooling - Reverse cycle air-conditioning & ceiling fans (with remote controls) in every room.

Parking - On street

Smoker - Outside only.

Rent $280 - paid by EFT on the day that you move in (then on the same day of each week in advance).

Bond $560 - paid by EFT on the day that you move in (this represents your last 2 weeks rent, once notice has been given).

Shift worker friendly - quiet location and quiet house.

Housework - Your bedroom is your responsibility, while a Cleaner is engaged for the rest of the house.

From experience, I have found that most of my house mates may not wash their bed linen during their, 3, 6 and 12 months stay.
Therefore , if the room is not left on vacating, in the same clean condition as when you moved in (this applies to the linen being washed too) a cleaning charge of $125 will apply.

Laundry – New 8.5 kg front loader washing machine & 8.0 kg dryer, external access to sunny drying area.
