My Name is Peter, I'm 36 and I live with my 2 year old daughter.
Everything here in Nagambie is a 7min walk away including a lake, supermarket, train station and places to eat.

I work full time and care my daughter full time.
My home is a modern 4 bedroom new home which has a home gym, large backyard, the main bathroom rarely gets used besides guest and the rooms have built in wardrobes.

Im looking to rent out a room or possibility 2 rooms to help paying bills and help caring for my daughter 2 days a week on weekends from morning to 2pm on Saturdays and Sundays while when I'm at work.
I leave for work at 5:30 in those mornings
My daughter wakes up around 8am and has a nap at 1pm.
I was thinking about $500 a month for 1 room witch would include bills and internet.a second room would be negotiate I'd be happy if you wanted to do a video call to see if it would be somewhere you'd like to stay. The rooms furnished but happy to take out furniture to suit.
I happy to rent out a room/ rooms to woman and child, I have a working with children's check and can provide if asked,

I not invested in renting out a room or rooms to men and without getting help looking after my child on weekends.
