Suit FIFO or DIDO workers looking for the quiet life and the facilities to cook their own meals. Also suits seasonal workers.
There is a high preference for neat, tidy, honest, approachable, quiet, considerate, responsible and mature applicants.
What you get:
1. Each room has a king single bed, blowmold table, chair, built in wardrobe and block out curtains for shift workers (the curtains were on the line when I took the photo).
2. Share a bathroom with usually two others.
3. Share kitchen, dining room, family room and laundry.
4. The house has evaporative cooling for very hot days, gas heating for very cold days, solar panels and rainwater drinking water.
5. Decent Wi-Fi.
6. You will be sharing with one mature female who is semi-retired and one young man in Narrabri full time and one young man who is studying. It is a multicultural house.

Costs:
Each room is $195 per week including electricity.

There will be an extra charge for gas heating during winter.
You provide your own bedding and bedlinen.
Age preferred:
Late twenties and over.
Must be fully employed.
References required.
