Hey, I am full time worker (late 20s) and I own the house, so I will be living in it as well. I’m quite easy going and sociable , but do spend a lot of time with my dog and doing sports.
I would prefer someone in a similar age range who works as well.
I have a big dog (lab x) who is really friendly , he will be sectioned off from being able to go into your bedroom unless invited.
