This small flat in Newstead will be available when the present tenant leaves soon. For a single person the rent would be $280. We don’t think it would be suitable for a couple, and there will be no overnight guests. The rent includes water and electricity, but we would expect that you wouldn't waste them. The flat is small, 25 square metres, but it is close to buses, the city, shops and supermarkets. It is safe, quiet, comfortable, and convenient. You must provide a Police Check, Identity Documents, a Recent Rental History (names, dates, addresses, emails, and phone numbers), sign a Contract for six months, and fill in a Condition Report on the state of the flat. An off-street parking space is available. All furniture, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, bedding, toaster, electric jug, big fridge with a freezer, and linen are provided. Hot water cylinder is just 25 litres, so if you are accustomed to showers longer than four minutes, then forget it! There is no wifi or TV, but there is a TV aerial and a socket on the wall. You will only need to bring clothes and buy your own food! There is even a washing machine and two washing lines.
