About the property

We are looking for a new housemate for our share-house. Our house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, only a 5 minute drive from the city centre and 2 minutes from the local shops.

We have a backyard with veggie patch, an outdoor undercover patio, carport and garage.

The communal areas are bright and fully furnished, with a large open-plan kitchen and living room. The 3 bedrooms and bathrooms are separated from the living area.

The available bedroom is unfurnished, has a large built-in wardrobe, access to a shared bathroom and views looking out on the leafy suburb.

About the flatmates

We, Stefan & Julia, have been renting here for 2 years, and are looking for a new housemate as our previous one is moving out. We moved to Launceston from Brisbane in 2024.

Julia (27) works as a physio and Stefan (32) in retail sales. We are a very outdoorsy couple, who love rock-climbing, mountain-biking and hiking.

We enjoy cooking, tending to our veggie garden and having friends over for dinner and board games.

We usually head out on adventures on the weekend, and prefer to tuck in early rather than staying up late or partying.

We are looking for a housemate in their mid-20s to mid-30s with similar interests. We enjoy hanging out as a household and would love to include you in our social activities. We also respect privacy and having quiet time to ourselves.

Other things about you:
No smoking or drugs. No pets. No big parties. You're a clean and tidy person.
