Furnished living, dinning shared areas (photos of furniture to come). Very short walking distance to parks, cafes and UQ Medical School. 10 min walk to Grand Central shopping centre. Three rooms available so you can have your pick. Room 1 is larger with two windows and AC (4.8m x 3.5m). Room 2 is medium size with one window with AC (roughly 3m x 3.5m). Room 3 is a sunroom with no AC na currently serves as a great study (roughly 2.3x 4.8m). Bathroom just renovated so it brand new. No WIFI currently, but can get it if required (I just hotspot from my phone).
