Hello! My name is Lachlan and I'm looking for a new house mate in Albury.

Details of the room and house:
- House has 3 bedrooms
- Bedroom for rent is the largest of the 3
- House is fully furnished but bedroom is empty
- Living room (no TV currently set up but welcome to add one if you wish)
- Shared bathroom and kitchen
- Garage parking
- Decent sized backyard (can plant some veggies if you wish)
- No internet (I just hotspot my phone)
- Bills are not including, 50/50 split on gas and electricity
- 1x cat

About me:
- I'm a 28 year old male and local to the area
- I work as an environmental educator and officer
- My partner comes to visit once to twice a month
- My cat Miko is lives here. I had another cat who now lives with my partner since both cats didn't get along, so can't accept other pets in the house I'm sorry.
- I travel for work periodically. Would just ask for the housemate to look out for Miko when I'm away, no feeding necessary
- I love the outdoors and love putting on a record in the house while I cook or clean

Ideal housemate:
- Someone roughly my age (give or take 7 years)
- Tidy and clean
- Respectful of space but happy to chat
- Stable income
