Hey guys,
I am wanting to rent out a room out of my new home. Room will be available basically now.
You will be getting a beautiful bedroom with a very large built in wardrobe on the second floor of the unit/apartment which comes off the study. Shared bathroom The room is fully furnished. There is street parking. The apartment is across from the hospital, 5-7 minutes walk. Walking distance to town. Rent will be $275 per week excluding bills. Bills will be split between us.
You will be sharing the house with me and another. We are both nurses at the hospital. We are both easy going, friendly and tidy.
