About the property
This is a beautiful detached property among the trees in north gosford. The communal areas (kitchen, living space, and dining room) are very spacious. We have a deck overlooking the hills. This property came unfurnished however we have bought a table, chairs, coffee table, sofa, bathroom cabinet, a coat rack, and installed WiFi. We hope to have bought a fridge freezer by next week, however do not have one currently. The property came with a shared washer/dryer.
There are 2 bedrooms on offer, which are unfurnished.
Bedrooms are both 330cmx240cm floor space.
Built in wardrobe/ storage is 230cm wide, 55cm deep, ceiling height.
Please be aware that we are *not* the landlords of this property. The landlord will have final say as to whether you are able to move in.

About the flatmates
Currently renting out the property is Meg, a 25 year old doctor from the UK working full time. I will be working days, nights and weekends at various times though the year.
My boyfriend Ben is a 29 year old medical student, on placement 40 hours a week, and studying for exams in the evenings and weekends.
We are friendly easy going people hoping to be good friends with our flatmates. We enjoy surfing, hiking, and are building a little board game collection.
Our schedules this year are pretty full on so we need flatmates who will be respectful of the communal spaces (leaving the kitchen clean and tidy, etc). As I am working shifts, there are times when I will be sleeping during the day, and while I am a fairly heavy sleeper, please bear in mind that there are times where I will need reasonable quiet in the house. Please consider carefully whether you are able to commit to cleaning up after yourself, and being quiet around the house at certain times before considering this property.
