It's a set up for quite responsible professionals, where we are mostly in our room, as there is plenty of space for your study or a little comfy chair etc. we are all friendly, but somehow with work routines just prefer to stay in our zones.
You are only responsible for your dues, your own bedroom, your bathroom and kitchette as you use.
Laundry available with dryer, plus plenty of line space outside on sunny days.
All bills included considering reasonable use, especially Air con.
It's a comfortable, new, safe set up for anyone who wants comfort with affordability.
The public transport is amazing. We have buses right outside our doorstep, for Parramatta, which also takes you to Metro. And buses to pennant Hills only 5 min walk away. Peak express city and Mac uni buses.
Cafes, Aldi, medical centre and other basic amenities are also at 3-5 min easy walk.
Both Showground and Kellyville stations are short 10min drive away, or buses.

We are 3 professionals living in a house, looking for 4th and final one to join in.
Although it's a double level house, but we have kept and organised things in such way that tenants just need to look after their room and bathroom.
So no shared chores, no cleaning rosters.
We are all quite individuals, so it's definitely not a party house.
We are friendly if we cross paths, but usually we don't get in each other's way.
