About the flatmates
I’m an Engineer who work full time long hours in the construction industry, my partner and her daughter visit me often and planning to move in after few months (about 6 months)
I have two very chilled laidback greyhound dogs that rarely barks, no other pets allowed unfortunately.
Im not a clean freak, but would like the cleanliness reasonably maintained and if you ate in your bedroom make sure you clean afterwards to keep the bugs away
Main house rules
- No parties
- After 10pm is a quiet time
- No smoking or drugs
- You’re welcome to use all the kitchen appliances at any time. However, please use them responsibly and always ask how if you are unsure
- your rent includes all bills, but If you will have an overnight visitor more than once a week that needs to be discussed for bills costs
- short term (less than 2 weeks) are welcome however will be different rates
- The rent advertised is for full time workers, if you are a part time or if you work from home i might have to increase the rent slightly to cover the extra utilities usage during the day.
