About the property
Offering a bedroom with fan and built in wardrobe + office in a large share house in a beautifully located part of South Golden Beach/Ocean Shores. You will have your own bathroom with bath. Available Short term 6 months, possibly longer with a new lease in June 2026.

Our house did not flood during the 2022 floods. There is a space for off street parking.
The house backs onto the Yelgun Creek canal and is a few blocks back from South Golden beach. Has a very leafy and private backyard, with lots of amazing bird life, some fruit trees like orange and grapefruit and 3 egg laying chickens! You can hear the ocean at night!
You’d be sharing with two mature professional/creative males and one has a son that comes every second week. He’s a well behaved, quiet and mature 16 year old and we have a chilled little dog, a Schnoodle, that travels with him, and available for pats and cuddles when required.
Quite often we work away so you will really have a lot of space to yourself!
Sometimes we work at home too.
We are looking for a quiet flatmate who doesn’t party late and is friendly, respectful of others and their own need for space and will look after this natural environment here.
We can’t wait to meet our new house mate!

About the flatmates
I am chilled and quiet (48 yrs old) , love gardening and the beach. I'm a cameraman and so is my flatmate Dale (50) - he is also chilled and keeps to himself. We are often away for work. We dont play lots of loud music and have parties, although may have the occasional small get together. We are very clean and houseproud, and we respect others and the need for quiet and peace, esp in the morning and late evening.
I have a 16 year old boy who is at the house every 2nd week with our lovely little Schnoodle dog who is quiet and very friendly.
