The place is in Ocean Shores, just a quick 5-minute walk to Coles and other shops. It’s only a short drive to Bruns and New Brighton, and around 15-20 minutes to Byron.
The room is furnished with a sigle-sized bed, clothing racks, bedside tables, chair and table.
I’d prefer someone who works full-time.
Rent includes all bills—water, internet, and electricity.
