The house itself is nicely sized, has a great back/front yard and at the end of a court, which the street itself is quiet.
Master Bedroom and Living Room is equipped with a ceiling fan, all rooms Inc shared space has great natural light and all windows open for great airflow (especially great for watching these storms roll through). A split System in the open living area for when you really can't cool down. House is mostly furnished already - the main things, so move in ready except for room 2. Bedroom 1 can come with or without the bed (preferably we would like to leave the bed for whoever moves in).

About the flatmates
Posting this for my dad, as we were renting with him but unfortunately have to move out, and he would love to stay in this house and area.
Steve is 59, originally from VIC, but has lived in SEQ/Northern Rivers for over 30 years.
Steve works away most weeks and is only home on the weekends, but can work from home, so sometimes isn't the case.
When Steve is home on the weekends, he's usually checking out the local markets, playing golf, catching up with mates at the pub, gymming or swimming. So even when he's here - he's not really.
Steve enjoys a drink, organic food, listening to music (sometimes very loudly) and (un)fortunately watching the John Wicks exclusively. He is sociable and doesn't mind a game of dominos if you're up for it. He likes AFL and NRL, so during these seasons prepare for footy on the TV constantly.
Steve is a tidy house member, happy to help with anything and isn't a bad chef, only has instagram as he doesn't like social media.
Steve doesn't mind who he lives with as long as you get along and he gets to use his TV when he is home. EDIT (if you saw ad late last year): Unfortunately Steve isn't looking for a housemate with a dog anymore, and with the back room being filled - if you have children full time we don't think this is the right place.
