About the property
Rent split between amount of people in the house not per room.
After an inspection of the house if you are wanting to rent the room, you will just have to fill out an occupancy form for the real estate.
Room available form 13th of February (may be able to do early but play by ear)
THE HOUSE:
Perfect location - 5 minute drive from Ocean Shores Beaches and Shopping Centre (Coles, Pharmacy, Tavern, Bottle Shop, Bakery etc). 5 Minute drive from Brunswick Head, 15min from Mullumbimby and only 30min from GC Airport.
Nicely sized house, with a decent front/back yard area situated in a court - which is very quiet. Shared areas are fully furnished and have a ceiling fan, a split system and has many openable windows with great nature light/airflow.
Master Bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan, built in robes and preferably furnished with the queen sized bed already in there - but can be unfurnished.
2 x Pushbikes available for use, there is a garage, however limited space - only small belongings OR there is under house storage but isn't enclosed.
Dogs in photos are not apart of house unfortunately - my daughters dogs who will be moving out early FEB.

About the flatmates
Housemate 1; Steve (59) Originally from VIC, but has lived in SEQ/Northern River for over 30 years. I work away most weeks (occasionally I will work from home but very rarely) and am only home on weekends. I spend my free time golfing, gyming, swimming/walking, checking out the local markets or hanging out with mates at the local pub.
I enjoy having the occasional drink, listening to music, watching the AFL and NRL (so AFL will be on the TV during season) .
I am a tidy, can be sociable person, love to cook but also can enjoy my down time.
Housemate 2; Fabrizio (30): Brazilian/Italian, working around the GC during the week. Laid back, exploring the area and finding new beaches - Moving in 25th of January.
