The room available is small but cozy with a shared bathroom. Room is carpeted, has a strong ceiling fan and comes with wardrobe with sliding mirror doors, room comes unfurnished. Living area comes fully furnished with TV and everything else you may need
Looking for someone preferably a young working female, however would consider males. Looking for someone who’s easy going, reliable and up for friendly conversations!
Rent is $190/week, not including bills. Looking for someone preferably who will be staying for 12 months.
