House is a modern build in a small complex, there’s a woolies 1 minute walk from the house along with a few other restaurants and shops. Bills are included in rent and welcome to use my stuff within the house. Small garden in the back with a bbq and your room has its own bathroom to the side just next to your bedroom door. I have a sauna in garage to which you are welcome to use.

About the flatmates
Moved from the UK 2 year ago. I work a lifestyle roster in town, leaving at 4am and back in at 6pm and spend most of my free time at the gym or cooking. I don’t really drink often but open to a friendly chat with a drink. My days off I’m mostly out of the house working another side job or at the beach. I’m very laid back but like to keep a clean house and someone who wants to treat it with respect
