About the property
We have a spacious private backyard with beautiful gardens and a great spa/outdoor area to relax in. The house itself has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, and we’re looking for one more person to complete our home!
About us:
• Emma works a 9–5 in Orange. She loves theatre and teaches dance classes each week, so she’s usually out and about in her spare time.
• Liv is a paramedic who does block shift work. She’s always active—playing sports, spending time outdoors, or visiting family in Canberra.
• I work at Cadia mine site on a 7-on/7-off roster. During my week off I head back home to Crookwell, so for half the year there will only be three people living in the house.
About the room:
You’ll be sharing a bathroom with Liv. The bedroom has a built-in wardrobe, has been freshly painted, and the carpets have just been cleaned. We also have a bed frame and mattress available in the garage if needed.

About the flatmates
You’ll be sharing the house with Emma, Liv, and myself (Hayley). We’re all in our mid to late 20s and have busy lifestyles that naturally give everyone plenty of personal space and downtime at home.
• Liv is a paramedic in Orange.
• Emma works as a receptionist at a doctors’ surgery.
• I work underground at Cadia Gold Mine.
We’ve lived together for over two years and get along really well—everyone is respectful, clean, tidy, and considerate of each other. It’s a relaxed, drama-free home, and we’re excited to welcome someone who fits that vibe.
