It's a 3-bedroom house with one bath and two toilets, but only two of us will be living in it (two people in total living in the house). So we will share the kitchen and bath with one other. There is plenty of space for storage and to enjoy your own privacy. It is not a party house, but happy for you to have visits for a meal or something.
The bedroom to rent is furnished with a queen bed and bedside tables and has a built-in robe.
