My home is in a beautiful neighbourhood, quiet street and recently built in North Orange only minutes away from a shopping centre and takeaway shops. You would be having access to a car space in the garage as well as driveway parking. The house will be furnished with all amenities and you will only need to furnish your bedroom which will be the master bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe.
There is ducted air conditioning and heating, full kitchen access and fridge/freezer space.
There is ultra high speed NBN with 2000mbps download speeds.
There is full access to the laundry which includes a washing machine and dryer as well as Dyson vacuum. There is a back patio with a great view and access to a bbq which can be used upon asking as well as outdoor table and seating if you choose to smoke. Absolutely zero smoking inside the home but vaping is acceptable. There will be a lock on your bedroom door. I will be responsible for the upkeep of the yard.
Weekly rent includes all bills and use of all amenities (washing machine/dryer/fridge etc).

My name is Damian and I’m 34 and I’ve got two beautiful boys (2,12) that stay with me every second week or weekend (depending) who are incredibly well mannered. I like to keep my home nice, clean and well kept, I don’t drink, I don’t do drugs and don’t have any parties or loud obnoxious music playing or have random people over! I like to keep to myself, hang out with my kids and go to the gym/work! That probably sounded like I am super boring but I’m not I swear haha! My home is my safe space and I am a responsible father who likes to give my two boys the same opportunity to have that safe space as well. I am super friendly happy to be social but also will respect your personal space, boundaries and your right to keep to yourself as well. I work in intensive therapeutic youth work and love my job and being able to make a difference!
