About the property
This house has a large outdoor area and two living rooms, giving multiple places for people to hang out. The house is a 5-minute drive or 10-minute walk to a shopping plaza with Coles, Chemist Warehouse, and other small shops. The house is only a 2-minute walk to the bus stop, which takes the 928 bus route, to Pakenham and Officer stations.
We are looking for someone who works full time, is very tidy and respectful of others' need for quiet in times of study or sleep but most of all friendly and good company! Ideally, we would like someone happy to slot into current house norms (i.e. not wearing shoes inside) and also comfortable living with the homeowners, as this house is owned by my partner and I.
Please note we are a non-smoking and drug-free household.

About the flatmates
Hi I (Annie), my partner Jarryd and our labradoodle Trixie are looking for someone to join us.
Trixie is our dog who lives inside and out. She loves people and will always come up for pats with lots of energy. So dog lovers are a must.
Jarryd and I own this home and are excited to welcome a new housemate. We both currently work full time.
Griffin is also our housemate who is always up for a chat!
We also all like to go to bed early for early starts, so someone who also values a good night's sleep would be ideal! We enjoy a chat in passing but also respect personal space and downtime.
