About the flatmates
I am 40 years old and I have a 5 year old son. Chilled friendly vibe. Happy to hangout and chat and also leave you to your personal space :) We are looking for a kind quiet clean housemate, I don’t mind if you drink as long as it’s not excessive, Absolutely no drugs! no partying and no pets as I already have pets myself, one cat and one small dog so must be ok with pets. Room is unfurnished but does have built in robes and shelving. It’s a large property and lawns/gardens need a bit of maintenance regularly which would be shared between us two. Bills not included in rent it would be split between the 2 of us
