About the property
Home is quite large but also super cozy.
I'm up the front in the master bedroom and there is the remaining 3 bedrooms down the hallway at the back of the house, hallway also has a door for privacy.
Happy for you to have 2 rooms and the 3rd one I just use to hang washing but rarely go down that end of the house so that will be your own area with the bathroom etc.
Then there is the kitchen, laundry, lounge and then another separate sitting room that's pretty empty that are shared spaces.
Heaps of room for parking.
Also have a small low maintenance backyard with a deck that I'm yet to furnish.
Close to shops, public transport and freeway entrance.
So just hoping for one roomate to go halves, unless you are 2 friends that are happy to share a bathroom.
Rent is $2607 per month so that would be split as well as bills.
