I recently bought my first home and would like to rent out two rooms. The rooms currently have a single bed in each of them and come with a shared toilet and bathroom. As the house is a brand new build, I am in the process of getting a fridge and microwave as well as a washing machine and clothes line. Other amenities like a couch and dining table are also on the way. I have also looked into internet connection, which I will begin once I have confirmed tenants. All these can be sorted out by a preferred move in date after Jan 31st 2026.
The house is located off Pakenham Road in an estate called Pakenham Rise. It has easy freeway access and is a short drive to nearby train stations and shopping complexes.
