About the property
I’m only looking for one room to be filled, as I like having space and don’t want the house to feel crowded. You’d get your own lounge room at the front of the house, the main bathroom to yourself, and you’re welcome to use the extra bedrooms if you want to set up a home office. The kitchen would be shared. I don’t currently have a lot of furniture, but I do have a spare couch for the front lounge room if needed. The bills will be split 50/50, and since I have the master bedroom and main lounge, I’m happy to cover the internet costs myself so you can use it too.
The house has ducted Evaporative and Heating, aswell as a small courtyard area backyard with a little BBQ area, theres two garage spaces and two driveway I have two cars so happy to give up one garage space as I do not use it anyway.
