One room for rent in a newish 4 bedroom house in Blue Horizon estate Pakenham.
Please note Pakenham is about 50 mins drive to Melbourne.
I'm looking for one flatmate who want to live in a new house!! (preferably long term).
No couples, no kids and no pets.
Single person preferred. It is ok if you are partnered up but it is recommended that your partner is not at the property everyday.
I would prefer someone who is not into drugs. It's not a party house.
$235 per week:
Includes all bills (water, elec, gas and NBN internet).
The room is fully furnished, has a build in wardrobe. It comes with a door lock and keys. It has it's own split system air conditioning unit.
