Hi,
I have a brand new 4 bedroom house in Pakenham and is available from 25/06/2025.The room will come with a comfy mattress with your nearly new queen size bed . House is fully equipped with amazing home theatre with 75inch Tv; Playstation4. I also have a very friendly dog who is always up for cuddles. So I hope to get someone who is pet friendly.. I am Looking for a single person only, no couples. Prefer someone around 18-30. Must be working only.
The house has a washing machine, home theatre dryer and a fully equipped kitchen.
The house is at a 5 minutes drive to Derrimut gym and super markets and eateries. I keep the property in an immaculate condition and I expect my housemate would also do the same and as the house is brand new, id like someone, who will respect it as their own home.
