About the property
This is a great property in the heart of Paynesville. It's walking distance to the CBD but far enough from the main roads to be quiet.
The property has a nice backyard with a vegetable garden. I like to keep a spare bedroom for when friends or family visits but most of the time it would just be the two of us there.
I spend a few evenings a week out at events and do have a few weekends away so there will be times times it just you at the house.
I do like a games night with friends and you would be welcome to join us.
