Looking for tidy individuals to occupy our fully furnished and equipped 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. Ideally after occupants who are working and can make payments on time. Fees are due 4weekly /monthly in advance with a standard 4 week security deposit per room:) Complex facilities include a swimming pool, games room with pool table, a Gym, sauna and resident's lounge with seating.
All are welcome (couples, students etc) subject to submitting an online rental application form. NB We generally only arrange inspections AFTER we received this to weed out any time-wasters.
NB Costs shown are p/person p/room included a capped owner contribution for wifi, water & electricity. Please add $100p/w for an additional person (2 ppl /couples pay an extra $100).
