The room is bright, spacious and is furnished with a queen bed, bedside tables, and set of drawers.

The apartment is a 2x2 unit and you will be sharing it with me. I am away more than half of time so you will have the apartment all to yourself on those days.

The apartment is fully furnished (aircon in the main living, fridge, microwave, lounge, TV, washing machine, and dryer). The laundry is located in the second bathroom, which I will use when I am in the apartment.

The rent includes water bill, but you have to pay for power (shared). Internet is available at your own expense. On-street parking only (free from 6pm to 8am Mon-Sat and, Sundays and public holidays). We can reassess later if needed but with additional charge.

The room/apartment would best suit a full-time worker who values modern and comfortable accommodation with great access to the city and public transport. The complex has a pool, gym, sauna and bbq facilities.

I prefer single female who is tidy, considerate, reliable, and friendly. House is not for party. I will only be in the apartment 1-2 nights a week, and I would like it to be my zen or chill space when I am in the city. I am up a chat and a glass of wine.

The apartment is conveniently located close to the CBD (~1.3 km) and the Langley Park (~100 m). A short walk will take you to the riverside and Elizabeth Quay.
