Tony, on his early 20s, studying in city campus, pt barista, enjoys gym and sightseeing in the spare time.
About you (and your partner), tidy and neat, cleaning after yourself, do not leave any dish or food outside, no smoking or drugs, no friends coming over, no to partying in, yes to partying out, shoes off in the apartment, mind the quite hours after 9pm, keep a nice attitude towards flatmates.
The rent to be paid fortnightly. The bond will be 4 weeks of rent and to be returned once keys handed over, minimum stay 4 months (16 weeks), maximum stay 6 months (26 weeks), notice period 4 weeks in advance.
