The house itself is small and cozy, but not cramped. Plenty of space for shelves for display, and room enough to entertain should the need arise. Only semi-furnished: Fridge, Couch, Coffee Table.

The house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Both smaller bedrooms are yours, as they are quite small and I understand the need for more space and you will have your own private bathroom . Property is located at the end of a small, private lot, which opens out onto a larger street. This is a new, small, but growing neighborhood. It's quaint and very lovely, with most of the essentials like groceries and pharmacy a short walk (or an even shorter drive) away!

Covered off-street parking for your car/bike, and a big garage if you like to work on projects!
