**Private Rooms & Space:**
You will have access to two private bedrooms located at the rear of the house:

Room 1: Furnished with a king single bed, bedding, shelving unit, and an inbuilt mirrored wardrobe.
Room 2: Unfurnished, featuring an inbuilt mirrored wardrobe.

Bathroom: Your own bathroom with shower and bath, plus a separate toilet.

Additionally, a spacious open lounge area is provided with some furniture including a small dining table. Plenty of room to furnish yourself and while this is an open space, it is not shared, ensuring added privacy.

 **Shared Areas & Amenities:**
You will have full access to shared household facilities, including:

- A fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, and ample storage.
- Dishwasher for added convenience.
- Laundry area with washing machine, ironing board, and iron.
- Basic kitchenware and utensils provided (cutlery, plates, etc.).
- Garage parking for a small to medium vehicle, or verge parking available.
- Additional storage space in the garage if required.

 **Location & Surroundings:**
Located in a quiet, secure suburb, ideal for those seeking peace and privacy.

- Walking distance to Gateway Shopping Precinct and Alkimos Beach.
- Short drive to Butler Central and Lakeside Joondalup.
- Easy access to public transport: 5 minutes to the train station or a nearby bus stop (100m).
- Approximately 40 minutes’ drive to Perth CBD.
 

**Rent & Occupancy:**
Rent: $300 per week, inclusive of water, gas, electricity, and internet – all essential utilities covered.

Occupancy: Single tenants only; not suitable for couples or children.

The house is currently getting a full spring clean, I haven’t added photos of the lounge area—but it’ll be spotless and ready soon.
