10 min walk to Trinity shopping centre and cafes. 15min walk to Butler train station and Butler shopping centre. 20 min walk to Alkimos Beach.
Looking for a responsible, respectful female to rent a fully furnished ensuite room including couch and tv. (Bedding not included). Offering plenty of space for your other belongings with his/hers walking robes.
Ideally want someone who works outside the house during the week as I work from home myself. Visitors can be discussed but ideally kept to a minimum, however prefer not to have any sleep overs. Would expect common areas to be used respectfully and left as you find them or as you would like to find them.
The house will be shared with mainly myself and occasionally my sister comes to stay for short periods. I like to think I am pretty easy going. Apart from listening to music and watching TV my evenings at home are spent sewing, when I am not too tired. I have a separate room for this which will be out of your way.
