About the property
Hi, I am looking to rent out two of my rooms in a 4 by 2 property in Alkimos.
It is a modern house, fully furnished property with large kitchen, office room, entertainment room and lovely outdoor area.
I currently live with one house mate, and both of work away, so a FIFO worker would be preferred. However, I’m open to considering others as well. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who is very clean, tidy, and reliable with paying rent on time. Weekly rent $300 (some bills Inc) and a bond of 3 weeks rent will be required before moving in.
Rent covers the room, internet, gas and water use services however I do split electricity amongst the household.
