About the flatmates

This three bedroom house has just myself in it.

I am a part-time student at UWA and work part-time.
Most of my time is spent at home as most of my study and work is from home.

House is fully furnished and all household requirements would be provided.

There would be two rooms to choose from with one of them already furnished if you needed it, or you can provide your own furniture in either room.

A house is for living in, so I'd like to find someone who enjoys company as much as private space. Someone who will respect the house and belongings in it, but happy to contribute and live harmonious.
