A little about me, I’m 34, work in healthcare, live a healthy lifestyle, and love my routine of gym, morning coffees, and the occasional brunch or chill night in. I’m tidy, clean, a non-smoker, social drinker, and tend to keep to myself, but I’m always up for a friendly chat or the occasional shared meal when it feels right. I value a calm, balanced space where everyone feels comfortable.
House vibe & expectations:
The neighbourhood is quiet and mostly made up of older residents, so I like to keep things peaceful and respectful through the week, typically social events more on the weekend.
