About the flatmates
We have a room available for rent in our spacious home in Ascot Waters.
The room can comfortably fit a queen bed, has a large double (almost walk-in) wardrobe, a shared bathroom with lots of storage, and includes a garage parking space.
About us & the house
You’ll be sharing with a couple, one other housemate, and our very loved indoor cats Vincent, Vera & Bella.
We all work full-time in mining and are FIFO on different rosters, so the house has a really nice balance depending on who’s home.
We’re easy-going people who love being active, cooking, having a cocktail or a glass of red, a cheeky vape and a yap. We occasionally have friends over for dinner. It’s a warm, friendly home with a relaxed vibe.
About you
We’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful, chilled, naturally cleans up after themselves, and is happy to help with household chores. You work full-time and are preferably FIFO as well. Mid 20s to mid 30s.

$360 per week (we pay our rent monthly on the 15th)
Bond is 4 weeks rent
