Quiet complex, neighbours are all friendly and happy to help each other out.
Rent is $200 a week - wifi included but not including any other bills. Other bills to be split 50/50.
Either party can terminate at any time - no notice required but am hoping for someone longer term.

Looking for a like minded house mate in my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Atwell.
I am a 29 year old female working full time in the city. I enjoy being outdoors, reading, the beach, Pilates and going for walks. I try and live a relatively healthy lifestyle but also enjoy live music and the occasional night out.
Hoping for someone friendly to chill out with but I also really appreciate my alone time.
I do travel for work so you will occasionally have the apartment to yourself for 1 - 2 weeks.
I usually prefer to cook for myself but happy to share a meal occasionally.
Happy to split shelves in the fridge and cupboard.
