You will have the room to yourself & bathroom, with another spare room I use for storage of extra clothes and things. All smeg and brand new appliances, with smart TV.
FIFO is $285 a week, NON FIFO IS $320 including bills. Only exception is a female in business/career. Bills, wifi, cleaning, and subscription apps included. No parties or house parties at all, just looking for a super private mainly career oriented person! NO PETS!
