This room is for single occupancy, with air conditioning and built-in wardrobe. And this time, we prefer another woman as a homie.

We're looking for someone to join us in our spacious house near the Cockburn train station. The house is fully equipped and has plenty of room, including three living areas, a kitchen, and a dining room.

You’ll be sharing the bathroom with three other housemates, but we all pitch in to keep the house tidy. Each week, we clean the common areas (bathroom, lounge, kitchen) on a rotating schedule, so everyone has a turn every four weeks.

Bills are shared as well, which comes to about $20 per person each week.

If you have a partner who'd like to visit, they’re welcome to come over for a maximum of two days a week, but we'd need to share the bills for them too.

We also value a peaceful living environment, so we keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM on weekdays

The new tenant has to be approved by the real estate , so you have to submit an application after viewing the house. It takes about 3 days to be able to move in.
