I’m looking for one respectful flatmate to join our relaxed household.

- Shared upstairs bathroom + extra toilet downstairs;
- Double garage (suits a small car only);
- Small Private courtyard;
- Solar power – very low electricity costs;
- 3 fridges, freezer, washing machine, and all usual appliances.
The room:
- Upstairs room available;
- Fully furnished (queen/double bed, bedside tables, lamps);
- Bed fully set up with electric blanket, pillows, sheets, and doona;
- Shared bathroom with only one other person.
Current housemates:
- Owner: 55-year-old male, Married, clean and easy-going;
- Robert (53) – upstairs, very clean;
- Timothy (25) – downstairs, quiet and tidy.
The house is well-kept, calm, and respectful.
