Baldivis, Perth

Welcome to my 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Settlers Estate in Baldivis.
I am planning on sharing it with 3 flatmates.
It has 3 upstairs and one downstairs room, double garage, and a third toilet downstairs.
I am single, clean and 55 year old male, with a wife in Jakarta.
I have one of the upstairs room currently available, as a prior flatmate has moved out.
The shower/bath is upstairs and shared with the two sub-rooms.
Robert (53) is also upstairs along with me, with Timothy (25) downstairs.
It is in the Settlers Hill estate in Baldivis, each of the rooms are fully furnished with queen/double bed, bedside tables, lamps etc and beds will already be made, complete with electric blanket, pillows, sheets, doona etc.
There is also a double garage, and a nice private little courtyard.
The garage is quite small, and could only accommodate a small car, as there is already a 2024 Mazda 3 in there that barely fits.
There is solar power so electricity costs will be low, and looking to share bills 4 ways, and in truth the bills are very low as everyone is so respectful, and I have never passed on any costs.
The house has three fridges, freezer, washing machine, all the usual stuff.
Rob is super-clean, as is Timothy, the whole house is well-kept and very relaxed.
At this stage, I am looking to charge $280 per room, but this would be negotiable I guess.
