You will have your own bathroom, use of 2 bedrooms which have wardrobes and use of half the garage/driveway. I'm looking for someone who is quiet, clean and respectful and is willing to do their fair share of the cleaning and yard work. My current housemate owns most of the furniture, so if you have stuff to fill the house that's great. I'm hoping to find someone who works away a bit of the time too. I don't have internet yet but I will get it sorted and all the bills will be split in half as they come in.
