About the property
The property is a 4 bedroom house that we built. 2 rooms at the back of the house are spare but only looking to rent out one. There is street parking for anyone with a car, the garage is taken up already and so is the driveway.
Preferably would rent out to someone who is also working FIFO or a woman as that is what would make my partner most comfortable.

About the flatmates
I’m Tom, I work FIFO as an electrician, my partner Hanna works in childcare, both 27yrs old. When home we’re usually doing something around the house, out exercising or going away for a camping trip or a drive to see places.
Not massive partiers or drinkers, will maybe go out once when I’m home from work but not much else other than that.
We have a cat called Meeko who usually just lounges around in the front room all day or randomly appears to scream for attention.
