FIFO Accommodation with large living area in Baldivis WESTERN AUSTRALIA, 2 rooms available now
ALL INCLUSIVE, Rent is paid a $1000 flat in advance for the room. Same day every month for FIFO 2:1,3:1 and so forth.
It means you are away most of the time and have work.
It does not mean you are looking for work or are not in WA.
No pets.
If you not here for a week, the terms don't change.
Bond is $750. This is not rent. It is a bond, which handed back after you move out at the day.

About You:
You can be FIFO or back packer with income.
I will require copy of ID Passport and visa duration.
You must be able to load use a dishwasher and tidy up without reminder. This is not a camp where some one else does all this for you.
You must be able to use and empty out the vacuum cleaner during your stay, not just when you depart.
There is no Nanni for cleaning and picking up after you.
No wiping stuff on the ground after cooking.
No drugs
You can smoke outside as much as you want.

There are 3 toilets and a shared modern bath room for the accommodation.
1 on the second floor 2 on the first floor.

Not cleaning up before leaving is a no deal because the other tenant is not cleaning for you.

...Remove all stuff when leaving, so the next person does not see use or put it in a fantastic new place. I don't like finger pointing etc. etc.
-Cleaning liquid, squigy, and shomy is provided to keep the bath and toilet clean.

Trip to Perth CBD by train is 30, 45 min respectively.
Kwinana beach is about 15 min away
Rockingham foreshore for coffee on the beach about 10 min away

Settlers Village hub has got a convenient shop at walking distance
ALDI and Woolworth is about 5 min drive in Baldivis
The house is 2km away from the Warnbro train station and 2km from the freeway...and about 20min to Murdoch University.
